Golden Milk Turmeric Ice Cream

  • Cook Time: 24 hrs.
  • Prep time: 15 min
  • Serves: 8 cups


  • coconut milk
  • coconut cream (or ½ cup coconut yogurt)
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 3 tablespoons raw pecans
  • ¼ cup real maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 1 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoons ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoons. cardamom


First, place cashews in water and let them soak for nearly 2 hours.

In the meantime, set parchment paper in a pan, leaving ends hanging out a little. Place pan in a freezer.

Next, drain cashews well and blend them with the remaining ingredients. Pulse until everything is blended well. Transfer the mix to the frozen pan, and leave pan in the freezer overnight to stiffen.
